Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work at KAYAL STORES.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, nighties and stitched-to-measure items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
